Taken from a local community cookbook. Haven't tried it yet, but put here for safe keeping.
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup olive, sliced and drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 dash pepper
- Combine all ingredients together in medium bowl and blend well.
- Spread on crusty bread of your choice.
- Will stay fresh in the refrigerator for weeks until ready to use.
