This recipe was awesome!! My boyfriend always gets this at the olive garden, and loved this more...easy to make...we couldn't find marsala wine so we used soft rose and it was awesome!! Making it again monday for our 1 year anniversary: )

I gave this 3 stars. My family did not care for this at all. While it was very close to what Olive Garden served it just wasn't exactly it. The sauce tasted way to much like the Marsala Wine. It also took forever to reduce. The cheese filling on the other hand was so yummy that my future hubby requested I make the chicken with the cheese filling in it but with a different sauce. I couldn't find Smoked Provolone cheese so I used regular provolone. The directions I have say to use shredded provolone so I chopped fine my provolone. Also my directions say to use thinly sliced green onions. Overall I will not make this again but I will for sure make the cheese filling. Thanks for posting christine (internetnut)

I am always looking for fabulous Marsala recipes, and this one is a keeper. Not the quickest version of Marsala I have made, but I can see this being an impressive dish to serve dinner guests. We really enjoyed the cheese stuffing! Served with mashed as suggested, and a salad.

It sounds more complicated than it is. Great recipe, looks like it took much more effort. I used the only Marsala I could find at the time, which was a sweet one. It was a bit too sweet with that, but it was still really really good! I will definitely try again with the new DRY Marsala wine I found. LOVED IT!
