I love a tart dressing, and as far as creamy mayo dressings go, this is among the best. No blandness in here! I did add salt and was generous with other seasonings, as well.
Wonderful dressing....It was a big hit, I had to double it as I needed to make a big salad for a work meeting....this turned out perfect..
I've made this several times for company, always to rave reviews. Everyone loves this salad dressing with the Olive Garden Salad mix. It's simple yet has unique flavors and a little different from the ordinary. It's irresistible and I think even better after sitting in the fridge for a day to let the flavors meld together.
My family enjoyed this copycat recipe! I don't think it tastes that similiar, but it is very good nonetheless. After tasting, I did add a tsp. of sugar, but it really didn't need it! Super simple to whip up in the magic bullet. Thanks RecipeNut for posting this!
I cut the recipe in half (was only serving 6) and found the vinegar to be a bit much even with the extra added sugar. It was still tasty though, but I wouldn't call it Olive Garden. I fixed this and ate it on a salad along with Rich Chicken Alfredo. Thanks for sharing. Prepared for PAC Fall/2008.
This was good... but I wouldn't call it an Olive Garden copycat. I'm slightly obsessed with Olive Garden, and having been there for a lunch yesterday I just don't think this is quite the same. That's not to say it isn't tasty in it's own right! I also think the serving estimate is a little high. I'd plan for this to serve no more than 10.
Made this for our salad we had for supper...it was very good. I did decrease the vinegar and added a small amount of sugar. Will make this again. Thanks!
I loved this as is. I didn't have to add a thing. Thanks so much. I was craving an olive garden salad.
I am not sure if I did something wrong but it was not something we could eat on a salad. I tried to add extra sugar but the vinegar taste was still really strong.
