We really enjoyed this even though I left out the cauliflower and used half & half for the heavy cream. I probably used more kale too as I didn't want to waste any and we love it. I used chicken broth instead of the water and bouillon as a personal preference. Very good and one we really enjoyed and will make again. Thanks for sharing. Made for the "Love Train" 2011

This is an outstanding soup. My whole family loved it. There is one change I made. I omitted the cauliflower. I cooked it both ways and we all liked the soup better without the cauli- flower. ancho3
A friend of mine was telling me about this soup and she told me how to make it. I wanted to see if I was doing it right so I did a search and found this page. Mine looked identical to the picture so I must have. THIS IS AWESOME STUFF!! A tiny bit on the salty side, so next time I will get low sodium bouillon. It is cold tonight and this soup hit the spot. My new favorite! Love Love Love!

Made this tonight with ground Italian sausage and left out the cauliflower since the rest of my family doesn't like it. I did add a little extra kale to make up the bulk from the missing cauliflower. Excellent! Everyone loved it and it made plenty for lunch the next day
We had this for dinner tonight. The whole family loved it! It has been hard to make the switch to low-carb, but this soup made tonight's dinner acceptable to all. You should definitely try it!
