We love this recipe! We followed the recipe just as it says and it was wonderful! It's been added to the repeat list. Next time we're adding chicken. Thanks again for an amazing dinner!
Very good! I added a little more fresh grated romano, cooked the pasta just before the al dente point (because the pasta will continue to cook once off the heat with the sauce), and topped it off with fresh shredded romano. Let it sit a few minutes before serving to thicken up the sauce. Great recipe!
I give it 4 stars as is, but I don't think it needs so much butter; 1/4 cup is plenty. Also, I saute some garlic with the butter, instead of using garlic powder. I also use half and half and 1/3 less fat cream cheese to cut at least a little bit of the fat. It turns out just as great.
Just like Olive Garden, Excellent!!
Nice recipe. The family loved the homemade alfredo sauce. I added spinach during the last five minutes of simmering to add extra nutrition to the meal. The sauce actually taste 10 times better the next day. The next time I make this meal, it will be with less butter. Otherwise, perfect recipe.
This was quite good but very rich. I made it with half and half instead of heavy cream and I still found it to be a bit too rich. Next time I will use half milk and half light cream.
Made like written except I used minced garlic...and LOTS of it! The whole family loved it and we will be adding it to our regular menu. Thanks for posting!
Delicious recipe. My whole family really enjoyed this meal. I added chopped grilled chicken and peas. Thank you for sharing!
