Thank you so much for this recipe. I used it on our Christmas Turkey and my husband loved it. He said it was the best Turkey he'd ever had. The meat just fell of the bone it was so moist it also made a great turkey soup. Thank you!

Excellent rub!!! The entire turkey was very moist and delicious. Even the breast. PERFECT drippings for gravy. We had a 20lb bird and put it immediately in the oven after it's rub down. Thank you for an easy and delicious recipe.

This was delish! I rubbed under the skin of my big bird and marinated overnight in the fridge. Used Uncle Bill's method of scalding the skin just before cooking. It was a super moist, super flavorful turkey.

I used your rub ingredients but cooked the turkey using method in #145046 due to lack of time. The turkey was moist, and the dripping sure made for a spicy gravy which didn't suit half the family but I totally enjoyed it.
