I found this newspaper clipping in my recipe book - I have yet to try it but it sounds good.
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dijon-style mustard
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon A.1. Original Sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2⁄3 cup oil
- Combine everything except oil in a small blender (like bullet). Blend until garlic is finely chopped. Slowly add the oil, processing until the mixture emulsified, stir in salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve at once.
