118.29 ml butter, softened
118.29 ml butter flavor shortening
236.59 ml white sugar
236.59 ml brown sugar
2 eggs
236.59 ml creamy peanut butter
4.92 ml vanilla extract
591.47 ml all-purpose flour
4.92 ml baking soda
4.92 ml salt

directions

Cream the butter, butter flavored shortening, white sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, until blended. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Add dry ingredients until blended.
Drop cookies by tablespoonsful or with a cookie scoop about 3 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Lightly criss-cross with a fork dipped in sugar.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees about 8 to 10 minutes until cookies are set and just lightly browned. Do not overbake! Let rest on cookie sheets about 2 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
