Very light pancakes, your grandma and I must be soul mates LOL! I think the carbonation in the beer is the key to these being so fluffy! I do not usualy eat panckaes ( my family does ) but I really liked these. Thanks for a good recipe!

These were pretty good!! Light and fluffy. I thought they would taste like beer, but they didn't, which surprised me. But then, I drink beer so maybe I am used to the taste of it, therefore I could noot taste it in the pancakes. I made this for the PAC #7 game.
