This is a great sweet potato pie! I made it because we can't find pumpkin anywhere right now, and it was a hit. Regarding the other review, I wouldn't recommend adding becomes less runny when it cooks, just like pumpkin pie. I roasted the potatoes (in case maybe she boiled them? maybe that was the difference?) Anyway, I thought it was great, and I've made countless pumpkin pies. This one is a very good substitute.

I think that this recipe is missing an ingredient. When I mixed everything up, it was VERY watery/thin, really really thin. I saved it by adding a scoop of flour and some more sugar, but it wasn't quite "right". Something is definitely missing though as-is. The taste though was wonderful and all that spice made it smell amazing. The saved version with the flour tasted pretty good :)
