I highly recommend this dressing as being just perfect for a carrot/raisin salad, no matter what special ingredients you might be adding to it. It's simple to make and perfectly balanced, despite my concern over the apple cider vinegar. The consistency was a little thin, but that might have been due to my special organic grapeseed mayonnaise, and that I only let it sit for one day before using it. Great recipe, Kree; it was a wonderful tag.
