Mix ingredients well and set aside for a few days.
    2. 2
The longer this sits the better because as the dressing ages it gets thicker and thicker.

This is a sweet and sour dressing and may be used on fruit salads, especially Waldorf, cabbage slaw, carrot and raisin, or even poured over head lettuce.

I highly recommend this dressing as being just perfect for a carrot/raisin salad, no matter what special ingredients you might be adding to it. It's simple to make and perfectly balanced, despite my concern over the apple cider vinegar. The consistency was a little thin, but that might have been due to my special organic grapeseed mayonnaise, and that I only let it sit for one day before using it. Great recipe, Kree; it was a wonderful tag.
