i used half & half rather than whole milk and it's really quite tasty. if you eat it right away, it pretty much tastes like chocolate soft-serve. not sure how it will be after it freezes/hardens. definitely easy enough to make though!

I am so glad to be the first reviewer for this yummy recipe - AND Susan's first review EVER! I didn't have any evap milk on hand so I used half & half, still came out great! Easy to make and this is definitely a regular dessert now at our house. I served this with Lee Lee's Famous Chocolate Sauce(Lee Lee's Famous Chocolate Sauce for Ice Cream)and the combo was unbelievable! Great recipe, Susan. Welcome to 'Zaar!
