I loved how easy this recipe was, and it sure tasted good too! I followed the instructions to the last letter, but since I had scaled down to 1 serving, my potatoes were cooked much faster. The combination of corn, potatoes, and milk is quite something! I had this with 7-Grain bread for a fabulous dinner. Thanks Kari!

I left out the butter and used skim milk, and it still turned out great. My husband really liked it with the cheese on top.

This is an AWESOME recipe!! I couldn't resist the urge to add celery, so I did and it was great!! I used frozen corn, and served with a little parsley sprinkled over top. This was WELL-recieved by all, and I think next time I will serve it with an optional topping of bacon crumbles:) Thanks so much for this recipe:) ~Manda

This was pretty good. I think I would add a little more flavor next time, like celery or bacon. My husband thought it was great as is and my 4 year old daughter even ate it. Thanks for the recipe!

Great soup for a cold day! I added about 1/2 cup of chopped celery and a couple of shakes of ground red pepper. The soup is very filling and a snap to put together.

This corn chowder was really great! I was making my DH clam chowder so I made a 1/2 batch of this for myself since I don't care fo rclam chowder. I put some diced bacon in this, and sauted my onions in the bacon fat. I also subbed in 1/2 cream instead of all milk which added to the velvety taste of this chowder. I will be making this all winter, and the great thing is that there are so many variations that can be made to this recipe.
