Mmmmmm! I'd like to give the flavor 10 stars. It was butterscotchy, but I could also taste a caramel taste. I just loved it! I didn't give it 5 stars because the texture of mine was not smooth - I think they call it "grainy" in a pudding. It turned that way before I added the egg. I am wondering if it is because I used skim evaporated milk, or maybe I cooked it too long? Well, no matter to me - I will definately be making this again! Yum Yum!!
