We have been making this salad in our family for so many years,I don't know who stared it! Goes well with beef and ham dinners.
- 3 ounces lemon Jell-O gelatin
- 1 cup warm water
- 3⁄4 cup beet juice
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons onions, grated
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 3⁄4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup beet, cut in small chunks
- Dissolve jello in warm water, cool.
- Add remaining ingredients and allow to jell in refrigerator.
