Question. Can I use dry red speckled beans ( going to soak it) Can I do it in my slow cooker. If yes, how do I go about it. Can I use either lamb or beef shine. Thank6

  1. Place meat, bacon and broth in a pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in pan and saute onion, celery and carrot for 10 minutes. Add vegetables to the meat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper and serve.
