Excellent for crab boils, shrimp boils and clam bakes. I got the recipe from Ted Reader, but the original recipe made up 3 cups, so I have cut it down (considerably!!!)

  2. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.

This is a good seasoning. For those that cannot use regular sugar substitute a few packets of Splenda. Also I added 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch to the mixture. If you use regular sugar, nothing cakes if you use cornstarch. Before using, shake it up a few times. When this batch is done, I am going to make a large batch. This is also great on pork chops that you bake or fry. Thanks for posting.
