My daughter and son-in-law use this for everything, they even put it in their green beans.


  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Rub on chicken, beef, or pork. Add to beans, etc.
  3. Store in air-tight container.

Just used this rub on a brisket--wonderful flavor!! Rubbed on brisket, roasted uncovered for 1 hour, then added beef broth, covered with foil and baked 2 1/2 hrs. Excellent!
