  1. Combine all ingredients well and chill until ready to serve.
  2. Store in an airtight container. Full recipe makes 1.5 quarts (6 cups).

I scaled the recipe down to 1/4 c. and it worked out really well. There was plenty of tartar sauce for 2 salmon fillets. I went easy on the pickle relish. I shredded the onion, rather than chopped it. My advice is to be sure to drain the pickle relish so as to end up with a thicker tartar sauce. Good recipe.
