This looked gorgeous with the sprinkling of fresh tomato and basil over the top of the finished product. If you are looking for a very fast yet very presentable dish, this would certainly do quite nicely. Next time, I'd like to add a bit of sauteed garlic as well, but it is still deserves five stars without any additions or changes. Very tasty!

This gets a 5 for simplicity, it just doesn't get easier! And it was really good too! I add 2 cloves minced garlic to the butter and let it cook before adding the cheeses. I also added the tomatoes in there to cook as well, and a couple tbs of the pasta water, as it seemed really thick. YUM!!

Yum! This was very quick and easy to make. I found it fairly thick so I added a bit of chicken broth and some milk. I also added extra salt and red pepper flakes. I will make this again! Thanks

This is a simple, yet very good pasta dish. I love the idea of adding ricotta to pasta this way. I used linguini pasta and I did add a little fresh grated lemon peel to the ricotta mixture to brighten up the flavor. Thanks so much for posting - I will make this again.

Oh My Gosh!!! We loved this pasta!! Simple ingredients but so delicious!! Didn't have any ricotta, so used low-fat cottage cheese that I pulsed for a few seconds in my blender to make it creamier. Used some grape tomatoes I had. Thanks Junebug - will be making this often!! :)
