YUM! I whizzed up the marinade using my stick blender and then refrigerated it and the shrimp for a few hours before grilling. The shrimp were done so quickly that there wasn't really time to baste them with additional marinade, but it wasn't really needed. Not only were these yummy just pulled off the skewers, but they made for amazing shrimp tacos. Thanks for a fantastic recipe!

Wonderful. I didn't even combine ingredients in food processor, too lazy to have to clean it. Threw it all in a ziploc bag and it was EASY and good. We also just use a pan for the grill instead of threading on skewers. Definitely a keeper. Thanks for posting.

My husband and I enjoyed this recipe, but I can't say the same for my shrimp loving 19 year old daughter. I think the lemon juice in the marinade wasn't to her liking. Made for ZWT 3. :)

These were excellent! They were so quick to make, and the marinade is delicious. I did add a bit more salt, since that's just my tastes. I wasn't able to use our outdoor grill, but they cooked up on the Foreman grill nicely (5 minutes at 300 degrees F). They have a nice slight kick from the crushed red pepper flakes, but were still mild enough for my Gram with her sensitive stomach (she ate two skewers full!). This is a definite repeater in my house, thanks for posting!
