Excellent! I'm not much of a shrimp fan and I even liked these :) VERY GOOD and easy to prepare. Cooked on our grill for about 11 mins. Thanks for a keeper! We'll try the lime juice next time...
My son made these on 4th of July. They were FABULOUS, just the right amount of heat and the flavor was incredible. There wasn't a shrimp left, enjoyed by all guest. I will be making this over the weekend, can't wait.
These were very good! Really liked the flavor, although next time I'll up the spice factor as ours didn't turn out spicy at all (maybe my red pepper flakes are old! LOL). Enjoyed these and definitely recommend trying them!
We halved the recipe but followed ingredients/proportions exactly, and it was great. I'm very glad we took the trouble to fire up the grill. I used the lemon juice and didn't think it was overly lemon-y. I can imagine it would be a great marinade for chicken as well. We'll definitely make this again.
Tonite my family had a taste test of 4 different grilled shrimp recipes. This turned out good. We used lime in the recipe, but I thought it had a little too much lime taste, but still had great flavor. Thanks!
Fantastic shrimp marinade. The shrimp comes out so flavorful...I used lime juice too.
I can't help but give this recipe 5 stars, it is really amazing. It turned out a little too spicy for some of our guests but it was perfect for me. I'm making it again this weekend for some people who can't tolerate even the slightest bit of heat, so I'm going to make up two different batches-- one without any red pepper and one with a whole lot of it-- and I have a feeling that both will be great. I found the quantity of marinade a little skimpy so I'll make double the amount to be sure that there is plenty for basting. Thanks for sharing!
this is our favorite way to grill shrimp! definitely use lime juice instead of lemon... Thanks!!
Very good shrimp! Loved the citrusy flavor! Let this marinate 30 minutes on the button....grilled it and basted throughout. My kids enjoyed it since it wasn't too spicy and the flavor was very unique. I'm not sure I feel this was a Mexican flair shrimp dish. My husband and I almost thought it tasted middle Eastern or something. Not sure. But we liked it a lot nonetheless. Thank you for posting!
