  • Bowl #1.
  • Place oats in food processor and grind until fine. Place in bowl. Add flour, flax seed, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  • Bowl #2.
  • Beat egg, add vanilla, water. Melted butter when cooled add to egg mixture.
  • Add bowl #2 to #1 and mix. Let stand a few minutes until thickened. Prepare as you would normal pancakes.
  • Makes 4 4-5 inch pancakes.
