Healthier than regular oatmeal cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Stir together flour, salt, baking soda and spices.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar together.
  4. Add in honey, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Slowly add in dry mixture and beat together.
  6. Stir in oats, applesauce, coconut, and fruit.
  7. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake 12-14 minutes.
