High in protein, whole grains. Got this from a fitness forum.
- 1⁄2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal (not instant)
- 1⁄2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 cup pasteurized liquid egg-whites
- 3 teaspoons sugar substitute
- 1 dash cinnamon
- Blend all ingredients together to form a thick pancake batter like consistency. Do not over blend. Cook on hot non stick pan sprayed lightly with pam until done.
