These are healthy and tasty especially with some fruit.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 eggs (whole)
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 12 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • optional

  • 1 bananas (optional) or 12 cup chopped fruit (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine eggs, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and protein in blender.
  2. Pour in cut up fruit.
  3. Spray nonstick skillet & heat on medium.
  4. Pour 1 large pancake.
  5. Let bubble on outer edges & flip (watch carefully as they could burn).
  6. Cook until done on both sides.
  7. Serve with butter and syrup.
