I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. It was posted by spraguerl.
- 1 cup natural-style peanut butter or 1 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix all together.
- Roll into small balls and then roll in more Splenda.
- Flatten with a fork.
- Bake at 350 for 8 - 12 mintues.
These weren't bad for sugar-free cookies. A little dry maybe. Next time I might try adding a little butter and some more Splenda.
