Yummm! I loved these! I always like trying new pancake recipes and this is definitely a keeper! They have so much flavor and texture and they are not overly sweet. I thought they might be on the heavy side, but they weren't. When I made them I got 17 medium sized pancakes and 3 of them made a perfect sized meal. Thanks for posting!

Delicious pancakes. Only thing I ended up changing was to add 1/2tsp - 1/4tsp salt. I got 12 pancakes of 1/3 cup batter each.
