Oatmeal Pancakes

These are not your regular, fall apart, mushy pancakes. They are very hearty and stand up to peanut butter and syrup, which is how we like ours. We usually triple the batch and have it for two breakfasts a week. There are six children in my family, so it makes alot and fills everybody up.

These are tasty and filling, yet still fluffy. I used Splenda and egg substitute and it worked fine. Loved the chewiness of the oatmeal. Made for Fall 2008 PAC.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in another, mix them seperately and then combine. Stirring until moistened.
  2. Cook on a pre-heated griddle until done.
