these pancakes were fantastic! they were so thick and delicious. the only thing is that the mixture was too thin so i added more flour to it and cinnamon as well. my whole family liked them. thanks for the posting. two big thumbs up!

A little too buttermilky, but the texture was great. I used old-fashioned oats and didn't need to adjust the proportions at all.

These pancakes were good - if I were ratingon taste alone, they might get a 4. But the proportions were significantly off, as the other 2 chefs have mentioned, so I am bumping down one star. I got 15 good sized pancakes, but that was after adding a significant amount of flour to reach the correct consistency.
