  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Spray 9x9" pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine dry ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and beat with electric mixer until well blended.
  6. Pour into baking pan and bake 30 minutes.

Really good! I also changed it just a little. Added 1tsp pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon, and 1tsp vanilla. I think next time I'll try adding either dried fruit or apple pie filling.

The consistency of a brownie, the flavor of oatmeal. It was just OK, very bland, not something I'd make again.

Super easy to throw together. I tweaked it just a bit to suit my family's tastes: increased cinnamon to 1 tsp, added 1 tsp vanilla, and added chopped pecans. This one's a keeper!
