  1. Melt butter.
  2. Whisk egg, add vanilla and melted butter.
  3. Add liquid mixture to oatmeal, baking powder, cinnamon and cocoa.
  4. Add 1/2 cup honey with 3 packets stevia (or to taste).
  5. Bake in 9x9 pan for 25 minutes at 350.
