I made these with chocolate chips in place of the raisins or nuts, and I think next time I'll do nuts and chocolate chips. I found out that sweet milk is whole cream, and I substituted evaporated milk in it's place. This is a family recipe from Rillous Yates. Serving size is estimated.   1. Cream lard or butter and sugar.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Drop onto greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
