I gave this 5 stars. My family loved these pancakes. I seen Rachael Ray make these and they looked so yummy and were. Thanks for posting a yummy recipe! I made these this morning for 2 very picky little boys. They ate a couple of bites. I left out the nuts, used lowfat milk and sour cream and added more milk to thin the batter. These were very good. Something different than frozen waffles. Thanks for sharing. Lisapeople found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? We enjoyed these pancakes, but didn't really taste like oatmeal cookies to us. The first day the banana flavor was pronounced and second day lessened. I liked them better the second day, which is unusual for pancakes. They have a sturdy nice texture that probably is more "cookie like" than regular pancakes. REAL maple syrup tasted great on these.
