Soft High Altitude Proof spin on an old favorite

  1. Heat Oven to 375°.
  2. Mix butter, eggs and sugars until light.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add to butter mix.
  5. Mix in milk til combines.
  6. Add oatmeal, then chocolate chips (any type you prefer).
  7. Substitute or add nuts or raisins for chips using the same amounts.
  8. Drop or roll out dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  9. Cook for 9-11 minutes depending on size.
