Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

"Tammy Landsiedel gave us this recipe and said "Everyone needs a good cookie recipe, so here is the original Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookie recipe that was on the back of the Quaker Oatmeal box when I was a kid. You can't find this one anymore. This recipe does not work with butter or margarine". She added "This makes about 8 dozen cookies and this recipe is doubled because 4 dozen cookies is never enough!!!! Very yummy warm with a cold glass of milk." You can also substitute whatever you choose in place of the chocolate chips. Note from Kerena - I mix and match - chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, M&M's, etc."

I am an avid reader and I'm addicted to reality television!</p>
