    Kree's Note:

    These have been favorites in my house for as long as I can remember! They're sweet, gooey, and so delicious. They're similar to another recipe on Zaar, but were just different enough that I decided to post them anyway. We often double this and bake it in a jelly roll pan. Prep time does not include 1-2 hours to chill after baking.

      In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for crust; blend well with mixer to form crumbs.

      Press half of crumbs into bottom of 11x7-inch pan.

      Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

      Remove from oven; sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans.
    5. 5
      Blend caramel topping and flour; spread over chocolate and pecans.

      Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

      Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until golden brown.

      Chill 1-2 hours.

      Cut into 24 bars.

      ooey, gooey, yummy! my kids loved these, i had to hide a few to bring in to my taste testers at the office, thats how good these are! thanks for posting this keeper.

      These are fantastic! I omitted the nuts and used jarred cream caramel sauce, which I then sprinkled with sea salt for a little more flavor. Everyone had seconds. They're completely addictive.

      These are fantastic! I loved the combination of flavors, especially the nuts and oatmeal! I brought them to work and everyone kept taking breaks to grab 1 or 2! I brought home an empty pan :) Everyone kept asking who brought the great bars, and I had to be honest and say I did! Great snacks to bring for lunches and I will be making them to bring to work myself! Thanks Kree. 80} Potzi
