This is one of my family's traditional cakes. It's quick, easy, and delicious. And it's a good (and fun!) way to eat oatmeal.

What a great way to make oatmeal, which I don't really care for. I keep trying oatmeal as oatmeal, and there have been very few I would recommend! Your's is among that small group. I halved the recipe with no problem, nor is freezing the remainders. Thnx for sharing your recipe, LibraryMan. Made for PAC Spring 2010. You've been adopted! http://www.recipezaar.com/bb/viewtopic.zsp?t=327498&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0
