      Amazing what a little whiz around the food processor will do; made for a smooth batter considering chock filled with fiber...good, too! Made for A-NZ Tag #41.

      I wasn't exactly sure what you meant by rolled oats, because both the quick and old fashioned oats appeared to be rolled on the box. Anyway, I used the quick oats and just threw everything in the food processor (don't have a blender) and it was super easy and fast. I also like the fact that these are more nutritious than regular pancakes. Very good. Thanks for sharing.

      Really great pancakes. I love that you just put it all in a blender - EASY! I served them with peanut butter syrup.

      This recipe was cut in half for the 2 of us, & that worked out just fine! I was intrigues with the inclusion of rolled oats here ~ Those & the buttermilk made for A VERY SATISFYING BREAKFAST! I'd made a cranberry syrup a couple of days earlier, & serving that with these 'cakes was especially tasty! [Tagged, made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in the current Pick-A-Chef]
