      salt baking powder and baking soda.

      bake in greased muffin tin 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.

      Lovely muffins. Quick to put together and tasty. This recipe makes a very cake like muffin with no heavy oats. they are soft and moist. I had one for breakfast with cinnamon coffee. Yum!

      These muffins turned out pretty good. They mix up very quickly. I ended up using a greased muffin pan and baked at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. I might try adding a tsp. of cinnamon next time.
