    This is my favorite recipe for apples from childhood. I have changed it a bit from the original recipe but it only makes it better!

    Directions:

      Peel and slice apples put in 13x9 baking dish add flour, sugar and cinnamon and stir together.

      Mix all topping ingredients and spread over apples. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes!

      Great over ice cream!

      This was delicious and easy but very sugary for our taste. I will definitely make it again but will reduce the sugar to about 2/3 the amount called for. Was very yummy just out of the oven with some fresh whipping cream on top!

      I loved this recipe! I did add 1 tsp of vanilla to the filling and it turned out wonderful!!
