Oatmeal-Apple Crisp

The slight nuttiness of whole-wheat flour is a perfect addition to the streusel topping. You'll never miss the white flour of a traditional crisp. From Cooking Light.

Love it! I don't miss the fat or white flour at all. Nice to find an apple crisp that isn't so fatty. Of course, like other healthy recipes I've made, my husband thinks he can eat as much as he wants haha. Frozen yogurt is so good as a topping. I will use this recipe again for sure.
