  1. Beat egg with whisk until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth.
  3. Heat griddle or skillet over medium high heat (375 degrees F).
  4. Grease griddle or skillet with butter or margarine.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle or skillet.
  6. Cook pancakes until puffed and dry around edges until golden brown.
