Need Fiber? This is my tasty breakie that is fast and easy, and full of fiber.
- combine raisins with water and stir in the oatmeal.
- Microwave until slightly "bubbly".
- Remove and stir in Maple syrup.
I made this on the stovetop, so used more liquid. I loved the maple syrup in this (but did use less). Also, I was out of raisins. Simple, but very yummy.
