Good to eat and not too calorie laden. These are better the next day when they have had a chance to sit and the flavors have mingled. Cinnamon applesauce with a few chunks of apple is my choice, but even the cheapo generic stuff works great.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13-inch pan. Combine cake mix, eggs and butter in a bowl. Beat at low speed until blended. Spread in prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Immediately top with applesauce.
  3. Combine oats, brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over applesauce and return to oven for 10 additional minutes or till lightly browned.
  4. Cool, cut into squares.
