Oat & Raisin Cookies

"This recipe is from a friend of mine.They are nutritional and they taste good,not always the case when something is good for you :) You can substitute chocolate chips for the raisins or craisins.You can pretty much add what you like.These make alot of cookies,6 dozen.You can easily half this recipe."

  • In medium size bowl,mix butter and brown sugar.
  • Then add eggs and vanilla.
  • Set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine all remaining ingredients.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine well.
  • Drop a tablespoon size cookie dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake in a 350F oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • Transfer to cookie racks to cool.
