Light-tasting pancake recipe with a higher fibre content.

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup.
  3. Combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients.
  4. Fry pancakes on buttered skillet until bubbles form. Flip pancakes and cook until brown on both sides.
  5. Enjoy with maple syrup and/or fruit.
