  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt; stir in butter.
  2. Reserve 3/4 cup for topping.
  3. Pat remaining oat mixture into a 9 inch square pan coated with nonstick spray.
  4. Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Spread with fruit spread.
  6. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
  7. Bake 25-30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
