directions

  • Put the dry oats in a microwavable container.
  • Add the water.
  • Stir.
  • Place cheese in strips or on top of oats.
  • Microwave for about 50 seconds (varies on machine).
  • Stir, cool, eat.
  • *Notes:

  • I find that sometimes I like less cheese or different cheese (cheddar, cottage, string etc.). Salsa is great for a pizza-like idea, or spanish influence. Ketchup can be tasty to add as well.
  • But the higher the milk content of the cheese, the more soupish and real macaroni and cheese like it will turn out.

I am a fan of the microwave. I also am a work in progress for being healthy and a CR. I am an economist and rather passionate about not wasting. I love to learn and with my dishes I find what works and what I maybe should have never thought about. I love this website and check it everday. I even have a few dishes of mine posted for those who dare. My tastes are different than the norm but that's just me.
