ingredients

  • 1 (390 g) can condensed milk
  • 3 cups rolled oats (not instant)
  • 1 12 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 100 g mixed seeds (eg pumpkin, sunflower)
  • 100 g mixed nuts (eg pine nuts, almonds)
  • 1 cup unsalted peanuts

  • Pre heat oven 130'c and lightly grease 2 (20x30cm) bakeing tins.
  • Slightly warm condensed milk in large microwave prof dish.
  • Add all ingredients to the warmed condensed milk, using a wooden spoon mix well, evenly coating dry ingredients.
  • Divide mixture into 2 baking trays, spread mixture evenly and using a piece of baking paper press down firmly with hands.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Leave to cool for aprox 15 min then cut into pieces apox 5cm square, let cool compleatly before packing up in an airtight container.
