We love this one, and have given it to lots of friends and family! We lowered the amount of meat to veg ratio, though.

This was really good. It was so nice to take it out of the freezer and have a yummy meal.

I just made this fajita seasoning mix last night to use tomorrow! Its really good, better than the package stuff at the store. I had all the spices in my spice rack anyways. I'm new to the whole OAMC thing. Me and 2 other girlfriends are going to try it out. This will be on our "session" for sure! thanks!

I actually skipped the salsa, cheese and tortilla packs, as those are items that are always in my fridge. Having prepared fajita meat and veggies in the freezer makes for easy, quick meals. I loved the spice mix on these--it was just spicy enough. Thanks for a great idea, will be making more soon!

These kits work beautifully! Since I'm a bachelorette, I froze enough for 2 fajitas in each packet and had enough packets for 7 meals. 10 minutes of cook time out of the freezer, and voila! a healthy dinner. Thanks for posting!

This was a real lifesaver more than one night after having my daughter. A good amount of spiciness. I've found we don't use much of the salsa, and always have cheddar cheese on hand, so I probably won't include those in the kits next time I make them. Thanks for the recipe!

This recipe worked well for me. I passed over all the spices and just generously sprinkled the chicken with taco seasoning that I had on hand. I couldn't cook all the chicken at once so I set each batch aside in a bowl as I took it off the stove. By the time I was completely done and started assembling, the chicken had cooled and I didn't have to put anything in the fridge. I got all of the ingredients from Sams Club so these meals will end up being cheap-cheap. (I ended up with 4 meals/batches since it's just hubby, two little ones and moi). Thanks for the post!
